course provides the manager/supervisor with the tools to develop
a reliable, trusted workgroup. Attendees learn comprehensive supervisory
skills. Most managers were promoted because they were effective
employees. Unfortunately, few managers receive the training required
to be effective at leading and managing process improvement through
people. In this course participants learn how to develop employees
to achieve more as a team, hire capable people, coach, eliminate
"reactive" management and apply Philip Crosby's Absolutes
of Quality Management to prevent people problems and build lasting
business relationships.
