the Reliable Organization, Management Course (CROM)
This
course covers the proven principles and road map necessary to improve
the quality of products and services, while simultaneously cutting
costs and improving profits. Key managers learn the common philosophy,
language, values, and approach needed to design and manage an organization-wide
Quality Improvement Process that delivers top- and bottom-line results.
Participants learn the steps necessary to build a prevention-oriented
business culture that enables workers to become accountable for
results, and managers to focus on assessing and developing their
employees talents. Through a series of discussions, workshops,
and group exercises, managers learn to use this culture to integrate
and align efforts across the organization, so the right things are
done right the first time..

Certification
The
five-day Facilitator Certification course prepares participants
to teach employees at all levels of the organization the
principles, tools, and skills necessary to cause quality
to occur. Through a series of presentations, discussions,
and interactive workshops, students acquire and demonstrate
the skills necessary to facilitate the following sessions:

This
highly-interactive session enables participants to increase
their Quality Management expertise, develop appropriate
education strategies for various groups, and to build
and demonstrate the necessary skills to facilitate interactive
classroom sessions. Participants learn to build students
skills in identifying and implementing process changes,
help students translate new knowledge into the working
environment, and enable students to confidently meet individual
and team performance goals. To become a Certified Facilitator,
each participant must successfully lead multiple training
sessions for their classmates and the instructor, and
must give detailed, actionable feedback on each session.

Quality
Education System
for the Individual
This
course consists of ten (10), 2-hour sessions that teach Executives,
Managers, Supervisors, and Knowledge Workers the concepts, skills,
and tools of Quality Management. The course covers the Absolutes
of Quality Management, identifying requirements, costs of quality,
process measurement, and the methodology of process improvement.
During the course, each participant analyzes a process in their
work area, identifying the customers, requirements, and metrics
that create the foundation for goal-setting, process improvement,
and individual accountability.

Quality
Work Group Education
This
course consists of six (6), 90-minute sessions that teach Work
Group Members the concepts, skills, and tools of Quality Management.
The course covers the Absolutes of Quality Management, illustrated
through the activities of identifying requirements, preventing
problems, measuring performance, and calculating the cost of quality.
Attending as a team, each work group analyzes a process in their
work area with the help and support of their immediate supervisor.
The completed analysis creates the foundation for goal-setting,
process improvement, and individual and work group accountability.

Mission:
Continuous Improvement
This
course consists of four (4), 1-hour video-based sessions that
communicate the basic concepts and tools of Quality Management.
Designed for New Hires, Front-Line Workers, and anyone needing
an overview of Quality Management, sessions focus on identifying
customer needs, assessing and improving work processes, and engaging
all employees in business improvement efforts. This results-oriented
material includes tools and techniques to improve customer loyalty,
improve business performance, eliminate waste, develop management-employee
teamwork, and improve employee morale. During the course, students
discuss the application of quality in their work areas and identify
opportunities for improvement, and leave ready to actively participate
in the companys Quality Management process.
