The five-day Facilitator Certification course prepares participants to teach employees at all levels of the organization the principles, tools, and skills necessary to cause quality to occur. This highly-interactive session enables participants to increase their Quality Management expertise, develop appropriate education strategies for various groups, and to build and demonstrate the necessary skills to facilitate interactive classroom sessions. Designed for Executives, Managers, & Supervisors, this course consists of eight (8), 90-minute, live web and audio conferences. An extensive assignment is given after each session to help students apply course concepts and translate knowledge into their working environment, and extensive, individual feedback is given to each participant to create a one-on-one relationship between each participant and the instructors throughout the course. Because of the distributed nature of web and audio sessions, participants can easily attend while traveling, and each session is recorded to allow participants to make up any sessions they cannot attend in person.
