Participants learn the steps necessary to build a prevention-oriented business culture that enables workers to become accountable for results, and managers to focus on assessing and developing their employees' talents. Through a series of discussions, workshops, and group exercises, managers learn to use this culture to integrate and align efforts across the organization, so the right things are done right - the first time.
